District 2 Membership Incentive 2010-2011

All incentives (except # 5 & 6) will run from September 1, 2010 to April 30, 2011.  Notification of new member’s name, address, club and zone and shirt size must be confirmed by National, to Governor Albert Fex, Governor Lori Miles or District Membership Director Colin Edwards no later than May 15, 2011.

  1. Every member of District 2 who brings in a new member, will receive a “Builders Badge” and an Add-on for every Extra new member they bring in, and the new member will receive a Kin shirt. ( Maximum of one shirt  per District 2 member. )
  2. Every G.E.M. Award winner for the Kin year 20010/2011 will receive their convention registration paid to the 2010 District Convention to be held in Dryden, ON.
  3. For every new member that a Club in District 2 enrolls, a ballot will be entered into a draw for a $500.00 Kin Sales Voucher (to be used at the club’s discretion). As well, each Club that has an increase in membership will receive, based on their membership from June 30, 2011 to April  30th, 2011, additional ballots per increase. If Club X goes from 19 to 26 – They will get 7 extra ballots. The incentive award will be drawn at District Convention 2011.
  4. November is membership month. The club with the highest % per club capita of potential new members at a November meeting will receive custom name badges for all current members.  Names and contact information of all potential new members must be received by DMD Colin no later than December 2, 2010.
  5. All club membership directors that return the Club Membership Proposal to DMD Colin by FLC  2010 will receive a custom membership badge.
  6. All determinations of incentive awards will be at the discretion of the District Membership Director and the Governors.
